Course Overview

In addition to health and work psychology, personnel and organizational development, or diagnostics, profound research methods are an important part of the course.

The Master in Organizational Psychology prepares you intensively for the requirements and tasks in personnel management in four semesters, including a semester abroad and a master's thesis. In the areas of occupational and health psychology, personnel and organizational development, or diagnostics, you will learn specific specialist knowledge of business psychology in order to apply it directly in research colloquiums and practical projects. You will deepen your knowledge of research methods intensively so that you are not only well prepared for tasks in practice but can also go into research. In the integrated semester abroad you can apply your organizational psychology expertise in an international context. A practice-oriented master's thesis completes the study concept.
