Course Overview

Research areas include Occupational Safety and Health, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Health Sciences, Sport Sciences, Wellness, Childhood Education, Paramedic Sciences, Clinical Social Work, Nutrition, Dietician, Biomedical Engineering Technology, Homeopathy, Naturopathy and Traditional Medicine.

Candidates will be challenged to think critically and rigorously prove their hypothesis backed by sound research results. Candidates will then be invited to defend their dissertation in an oral presentation.

Entry Requirement 

  • Candidates must first complete their Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent; 
  • A Bachelor’s degree candidate in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and less than 2.75 may be admitted upon internal assessment;
  • A Bachelor’s degree candidate in a relevant field with a CGPA less than 2.50, but with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience may be admitted;
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
  • Foreign Students’ English Language Proficiency: Minimum TOEFL score of 550 or 80 (Internet), or IELTS score of Band 6.0.
