Course Overview

You will benefit from lecturers working for the largest and most renowned logistics and consulting companies as well as from ISM's involvement in the "House of Logistics & Mobility", the international research center for sustainable logistics and mobility. This network gives you direct access to practical projects and contacts with industry experts.

The Master's in Logistics trains experts who, in addition to industry-specific know-how, also have comprehensive management knowledge. The focus of the logistics course content is on the areas of logistics, mobility and infrastructure management as well as on the business management methods and concepts of logistics and transport management.

Entry Requirement 

For admission to the course of study, the following proof is required:

  • A successfully completed bachelor's degree, comprising at least 180 ECTS points, OR
  • An equivalent course of study at a university or university of applied sciences or a foreign university or equivalent level,
  • The submission of the application documents as well as,
  • Participation in a multi-level entrance test (written and oral).

In addition, the Logistics course requires that you have passed examinations in one of the following areas:

  • 60 ECTS in the field of business sciences, OR
  • 30 ECTS points in the fields of logistics, transportation, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering sciences.

Please register online or in writing with the application form for the admission test. You will then receive a confirmation of enrolment with the concrete date.

Please submit your application documents no later than two working days before your admission test.

International applicants who require a visa for studying in Germany must submit their application documents by July 15th of the same year.

ISM Bachelor graduates should also register online for the admission test.

English Language Requirements:

You should prove your proficiency in the English language as follows:

  • TOEFL (at least a score of 72, internet-based) or
  • IELTS (at least 5.5) or
  • Cambridge (FCE) or
  • A degree in English studies or
  • At least 30 ECTS in an English-language higher education program or
  • you are a native speaker (assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Fees

6480 Euro per semester (1st – 3rd semester) in Frankfurt/Main and Hamburg monthly payment possible

Enrollment fee (EU- & EWR-students): 600 Euro

Enrollment fee (Non-EU-students): 1500 Euro

Thesis fee (4th semester): 1200 Euro
