Delivered entirely online, it is designed to enable flexible study alongside full-time work. Additionally, it is suitable for undergraduate (honors) students in related subject areas, looking to progress to study a managerial and technical postgraduate programme.

Entry Requirement 

Academic Requirements:

  • 2:2 honors degree, in a construction industry-related subject; or,
  • Corporate membership of an appropriate construction industry-related professional body which has been approved for this purpose by the University, preferably alongside industry experience at managerial level; or,
  • An alternative approved construction industry-related professional qualification, together with appropriate industrial experience at the managerial level in the construction industry.

English Language Requirements:

If English is not your first language you need to show us that your language skills are strong enough for intensive academic study. We usually ask for an IELTS test and we accept some alternative English language tests.
