Course Overview

The Master's Real Estate Management provides, among other things, specialist knowledge in the areas of real estate management and markets, real estate development, real estate investments and financing, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate law. The contents of the Real Estate Management Masters were developed in cooperation with Ernst & Young and are precisely tailored to the requirements of the real estate industry.

With the real estate management degree, you will be trained to become an expert in this branch of industry. The program covers all important areas from planning to implementation and financing - for almost all real estate segments such as logistics, production, trade, or housing. The cooperation with Ernst & Young enables a direct exchange with practice. Our Career Center supports you with applications and job entry so that you also receive first-class service.

Entry Requirement 

Evidence is required for admission to the course:

  • A successfully completed bachelor's degree comprising at least 180 ECTS points or
  • An equivalent course of study at a university or technical college or a foreign university of the appropriate rank and
  • The submission of the application documents and
  • Participation in a multi-level entrance test (written and oral) required.

Examination achievements must have been completed in the following subject areas:

  • Economics degree OR,
  • Examination achievements to the extent of 15 ECTS point from the areas of accounting or economics as well as,
  • Examination achievements with a scope of at least 15 ECTS points in the areas of geography, urban planning, architecture, construction or law.

Please register online or in writing using the application form for the admission procedure. You will then receive a registration confirmation from us with your specific date.

Please submit your application documents at least two working days before the admission procedure.

Applicants who need a visa for Germany and do not yet have a (student) visa must apply by the following date of the respective year:

Winter semester: until July 15th

Fees

6480 Euros per semester (1st - 3rd semester) in Munich and Hamburg monthly payment also possible

Enrollment fee (EU & EEA students): 600 Euros

Enrollment fee (non-EU students): 1500 Euros

Thesis fee (4th semester): 1200 Euros
