Course Overview

This programme is different in nature from traditional engineering programmes, which include mechanical and aeronautical engineering as offered by other universities which emphasize heavily the design aspects of engineering. However, the elements of aircraft design that are more relevant to maintenance activities such as advanced material technologies, durabilities, and repairs are included in order to increase the student readiness to face the demand of highly sophisticated aircraft.

Objectives

  • PEO 1
To produce Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who is knowledgeable, competent, and innovative which will contribute towards the human capital in the aircraft maintenance engineering technology-related industry.
  • PEO 2
To produce Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who has effective leadership and teamwork skills as well as verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to support their role in the industry.
  • PEO 3
To produce an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who is committed to the importance of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
  • PEO 4
To produce Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who practices professionalism with ethics and social responsibility.
  • PEO 5
To produce an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who is capable of embarking on business and technopreneurs activities.
