Course Overview

Linking the design and construction of buildings, the course focuses on the technical, professional, and managerial aspects of construction projects. With an emphasis on buildings, sustainability, technology, and management, you’ll develop a wealth of knowledge and the professional skills required to successfully manage complex construction projects.

Taught for one day a week, our part-time BSc (Hons) Construction Management study route enables those already working in the industry, or with work experience, to acquire further professional qualifications and apply their learning.

Academic Requirements:

  • A-levels – CCC; or
  • BTEC Extended Diploma – MMM; or
  • 96 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
