Course Overview

We can help you take your passion for teaching and translate it to a senior administrative position. This can help you prepare to work in an elementary, middle, high school, district office, or state K-12 organization.

You see, we understand that as a school administrator, you're going to have a hand in every aspect of making sure your institution is functioning at the highest level possible. That's why our curriculum, which is a part of a joint program with the University of Alabama, covers such a broad range of topics. These courses will cover topics such as strategic and instructional leadership, organizational theory, and data-driven decision making, among other subjects. You'll also have the chance to learn with a cohort, as this will promote group learning and offer you valuable networking opportunities. Finally, you’ll complete a dissertation, demonstrating that you have learned the skills and knowledge needed for a leadership position in a K-12 or post-secondary institution.
