Course Overview

In this course, you'll learn the advanced project management skills you need to tackle the technical, organisational, commercial, legal, and financial issues that arise in a project's lifecycle. You'll develop a deep understanding of the social, economic, and environmental issues that can affect large-scale construction projects, and the expertise to respond to them.

When you graduate, you'll have the tools, knowledge and qualifications to further your career in the construction industry in the private or public sector or to pursue further academic research such as Ph.D. study.

Qualifications

  • A good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, or equivalent industrial and work experience in construction management or another related field.

English Language Requirements

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.

Fees

International Students

  • Full-time: £17600 (subject to annual increase)
  • Part-time: £8800 per year (subject to annual increase)

EU students

(including Transition Scholarship)

  • Full-time: £7950 (may be subject to annual increase)
  • Part-time: £3980 per year (may be subject to annual increase)
