Course Overview

The BSc (Hons) Maritime Transport & International Logistics program aims to shape future Shipping executives who will not only be experts in transport or inventory management but will be able to plan and make decisions across the full range of activities in Transport and Logistics.

 Given that almost 90% of world trade is transported by sea, it is easy to see how important the high specific weight of maritime transport is for international trade and the development of the world economy. At the same time, companies increasingly understand the leading role of Logistics in strengthening their competitiveness both in Greece and abroad.

The BSc (Hons) International Logistics Management program offers the necessary qualifications to those who wish to develop professionally with the Shipping Supply Chain. Graduates of the program can deal with, among others,:

Entry Requirement 

Academic Requirements:

The English language requirements for undergraduate (Bachelor) programmes is a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or 6, or equivalent, depending on the programme and year or level of entry. The specific requirements for your chosen programme of study, including individual component scores, are outlined on the programme page.

Admission Requirements:

The program is aimed at graduates of secondary education, who wish to develop professionally in the field of Finance.

  • High school diploma
  • Letters of Recommendation from Lyceum teachers
  • ID Card
  • Identity photos
  • Degree/certificate of English language proficiency (only where required)
  • Other qualifications (if any)
  • Application for Registration of the Metropolitan College
  • The evaluation of the above-supporting documents is completed by the personal interview selection of the candidates.
