Course Overview

Our BA (Hons) in Business (HRM) is available on a full-time and part-time basis over a three-year period. Students studying for the award of BA (Hons) in Business (HRM) will find opportunities to apply the knowledge and skills that they have gained on the programme within a wide range of business sectors.

  • Students will gain a national and international view of HRM across all fields of business, from developing a performance management system to negotiations within the workplace.
  • Students will learn about the ever-changing business environment and how it is influenced by both national and international issues and challenges.
  • Students will gain valuable insight into the sophisticated nature of industrial relations, preparing them for work in an in-demand business sector.
  • A flexible learning approach gives students the option of choosing their own study path, blending core modules in both HRM and Business.

Entry Requirement 

Leaving Certificate:

2 H5 and 4 O6/H7 grades, to include a language (English, Irish, or another language) and Maths.

English Language Requirements:

In response to the worldwide closure of English Language Test Centres arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, Griffith College is now accepting the online Duolingo English Test (DET) as valid proof of English proficiency. This is a temporary measure for our intakes in February and September 2021.
