Course Overview

Featuring courses in data mining, data warehousing, and information visualization, MSIS students are equipped with broad technical skills to be at the forefront of technological innovation.

The Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) students will gain hands-on experience solving complex, unstructured business problems and learn executive management principles in strategy, systems development, and project management.

Entry Requirement 

The students must have an undergraduate degree in mathematics, information systems, computer science, physics, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field; graduating with a GPA of 2.5 or higher to be accepted. Students must also have a general knowledge of one of the following: Java, Python, C#, or C++. Students who do not have basic programming knowledge are required to attend a one-week class under data mining.
