Course Overview

Increased competition and recent economic shifts in domestic and global markets, together with higher expectations from consumers, require more sophisticated marketing. This degree will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge of contemporary marketing practices to allow you to deal with these changes, including marketing strategy, marketing research methods and digital marketing.

You will consider marketing across a range of business contexts including consumer, industrial, service and not-for-profit sectors, as well as studying business to business, branding and communications strategies in local and international contexts. You will have opportunities to learn about industry practice and emerging trends in various sectors and it could be your path to a leadership career in marketing.

Entry Requirement

IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability. If you do not yet meet our requirements, our English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) offers a range of courses to help you to improve your English to the necessary standard.

A good UK honours degree or its equivalent, or a postgraduate diploma from a recognised institution, or a relevant graduate-level professional qualification.
