Course Overview

The curriculum has been tailored for international students, to give you a strong academic foundation and the confidence to progress to Year 11. Year 10 students study courses from six Key Learning Areas: English, Mathematics, Science, HSIE (Human Society and its Environment), Languages and TAS (Technological and Applied Studies). Assessment in the Year 10 program is based on scheduled class examinations and a variety of other assessment tasks prepared by Internal Assessment Program.

Macau Form 3/Junior 3 with 5 passes
Malaysia Form 3/Junior 3 with 5 passes
Myanmar Completion of Middle School with Pass in 5 academic subjects
Russia Year 9 with 5 passes
Singapore Sec 2 Express/Sec 3 Normal with 5 pass
South Korea Year 3 Middle School C in 5 academic subjects
Taiwan Junior Year 3 - (60%)
Thailand Matayom 3 with grade 2 or higher in relevant subjects
Vietnam Year 9 with GPA 7.0

Fees

To study at Taylors College you will need to meet certain conditions called entry requirements. Entry into the High School Program is based on your English language level academic qualifications.

  • Academic IELTS of 4.5 with no band less than 4.5
  • TOEFL PB: 450 TWE 3.5
  • TOEFL IBT: 45 (writing no less than 12)
  • PTE Academic: 34 (writing no less than 35)
  • CAE pre 2015: 36
  • CAE 2015 onwards: 147
