Course Overview

What you'll study?

This course integrates the theoretical and practical aspects of English language teaching. It aims to develop your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the links between teaching, academic research, and theories of language learning and teaching. It provides advanced training in skills for English language teaching, course design, materials development, and assessment.

Our teaching methods encourage active participation in group work, discussion and exchange of ideas, with the aim of developing students’ critical and analytical skills. We value the range of perspectives that students from different socio-cultural contexts bring to teaching and learning.

We provide one-to-one help with assignment and dissertation writing and are always happy to make appointments with students who want to talk privately about their work and progress.
